Target group:
Beginners and also advanced women who are insecure when riding singletrails.
Requirements for the participation:
There is no experience in riding mountainbikes necessary, but of course you have to know how to ride bicycles.
A sporty physical condition is required, even though there aren’t any too challenging tours on the agenda. The focus in this course is certainly to improve the riding technique.
Also experienced women, who haven’t done a riding technique course, are absolutely right joining this camp.
Equipment:
Mountainbike 26“ Hardtail or Full Suspension, helmet, gloves;
Bike breaddown set, fat tires are important!

Riding technique key aspects:
Basic position, curve techniques, break techniques, steep descents, riding over obstacles, easy singletrails;

Program
Friday, 3pm:
We meet at the Bikeacademy station in Klausen, Kirchberg
Adjustment of the sitting position and the cockpit
Riding technique in the bike park
We finish around 6pm
Saturday, 9.30am:
Riding technique workshop in the bike park
12 – 1pm: lunch break (at a nice restaurant near by)
1 – 4pm: guided tour with focus on riding techniques
afterwards bike breakdown workshop

Sunday, 10am:
Guided tour with focus on riding techniques
We finish around 4pm
